The telephone is not the best option for providing counseling services because it limits the ability of the client and the counselor to communicate fully about the problem that needs to be solved.
Face-to-face and Skype based counseling sessions are the preferred counseling session formats, but sometimes there is a need for immediate support and a computer or the ability to schedule a face-to-face meeting is not possible.
Telephone counseling sessions can be scheduled by using the form on this web site, by e-mail or by making a telephone call using a designated telephone number that will be provided to the client following registration and acceptance as a client.
